Osight R Delivers Versatile Red-Dot Performance in a Compact Package

Osight has introduced the Osight R, a compact red-dot optic designed to give rifle shooters a broad sight picture, flexible reticle options, and adaptable mounting configurations.

The Osight R features a 1.10-by-0.87-inch viewing window with a multi-coated lens that enhances light transmission for a brighter, clearer sight picture. Its multi-reticle system combines a precise 2-MOA dot with a 65-MOA circle, allowing shooters to select the dot, circle, or both depending on the shooting application.

Protective front and rear lens covers help guard the optic against scratches and impacts. The interchangeable front cover can also be replaced with the included anti-reflective device (ARD) to reduce glare and reflections.

Built around the popular Micro T1/T2 footprint, the Osight R is compatible with a wide range of mounting configurations. Mounting options include 1.21-, 1.535- and 1.93-inch heights, while the compact four-screw interface provides a secure, lightweight mounting solution. A 1.535-inch lower 1/3 co-witness mount is included with the optic.

For shooters who run night-vision equipment, a dedicated NV button provides quick access to night-vision mode. The Osight R offers nine daylight and three night-vision brightness levels, with each setting retaining its last-used brightness.

With its combination of a generous viewing window, selectable reticle formats, flexible mounting system, and night-vision capability, the Osight R is built to serve a variety of rifle configurations and shooting applications.
