Benelli M4 EXT Tactical Shotgun

Benelli has expanded its tactical shotgun line with the Benelli M4 EXT tactical shotgun, a factory-configured version of the long-serving M4 platform. The new model combines the familiar Auto-Regulating Gas-Operated system with several commonly requested upgrades, including a 7+1-round capacity.

The M4 EXT also receives a 5-position telescoping stock, integrated pistol grip, oversized bolt release, and three finish options. These updates are intended to improve fit, handling, and loading without changing the shotgun’s established operating system.

At the center of the M4 EXT is Benelli’s dual short-stroke piston ARGO system. The design automatically regulates the gas required to cycle the action and has helped establish the M4 as a prominent option for military, law-enforcement, and defensive applications.

The factory 7+1 capacity is arguably the most consequential update. Combined with the adjustable stock and enlarged bolt release, it gives buyers several practical enhancements without requiring immediate aftermarket modifications.
