Walker’s® Adds Bluetooth Technology to Silencer Ear Buds

Walker’s^®-The leader in hearing protection and enhancement, has recently expanded the functionality of the company’s heralded Silencer Electronic Ear Buds with the Silencer BT. This new Silencer model delivers both hearing protection and hearing enhancement on the range or in the field in a lightweight, unobtrusive in-the-ear platform and features Bluetooth technology. The Silencer BT also comes with a free app to download that lets you control the buds from your phone.

The Silencer Ear Bud models have quickly become a favorite noise suppression solution for both shooters and hunters thanks to their multi-function capabilities and suitable design that takes ear protection to an entirely new level. Now, with the Silencer BT, operation is even more convenient since the free Walker’s App—available through Google Play or the App Store—allows the wearer to control all program settings, monitor battery levels, adjust volume, and change the auto shut-off time all from a Bluetooth-compatible mobile device.

In addition to its Bluetooth functionality, the Silencer BT uses rechargeable lithium battery technology and comes with a dual carry case/USB charging dock. When charged, the Silencer BT buds provide electronic audio enhancement and auto sound protection for up to four hours with continuous Bluetooth streaming or up to 14 hours with Bluetooth turned off. An integrated lithium battery in the portable charging case can deliver three separate charges, giving shooters plenty of power for a full day at the range.
