Engineered with a quick-release mechanism to effortlessly transform into a ballistic helmet light, industrial hardhat light, or a standalone tactical work light.

The NEXTORCH hiStar is a professional-grade headlamp designed for hunting, fishing and the outdoors as well as tactical and enforcement applications. Powered by NEXTORCH’s proprietary Claw Optics™ system, it produces a focused 12-degree spot light beam for up to 279 yards and its wide flood beam gives 100 degrees of illumination. The hiStar also delivers a smooth, controlled beam with natural transitions, eliminating harsh hotspots while maximizing usable illumination. With 2,300 lumens of output, dual white & red LEDs, stepless dimming, and dual-power compatibility, the NEXTORCH hiStar adapts instantly to any task, any condition, and any power source. Its Gen 3 U.T.B. active heat buffering system with thermal control and cooling vents allows hiStar to handle long runtimes with no adverse effect from heat. The lightweight magnesium alloy housing with antibacterial headband allows for all-day comfort. A glove-friendly rotary interface allows for intuitive operation.

NEXTORCH’s proprietary Claw Optics™ Precision Beam System and Claw Optics™ lens are engineered with a feline-inspired optical structure that shapes light with high efficiency and perfect edge control. Unlike conventional reflectors, it produces a clean, even beam with smooth spot-to-flood transition, allowing accuracy at both close range and long distance. The hiStar integrates high-output, white LEDs and auxiliary red LEDs into a single compact system.
