The new Breech Plug 4-in-1 Scraper combines several key tools into one easy-to-carry, hard-to-lose unit. This tool is compact for convenient pocket carry or small enough to add to your “possibles bag.” The high-impact handles come in bright orange, making the tool easy to locate if accidentally dropped in the field.
Included in the Breech Plug 4-in-1 Scraper are two different scrapers for thorough, detailed cleaning of the screw-in breech plugs found on today’s in-line muzzleloaders and a 1.4-inch-long flash channel scraper to ensure primer ignition has unobstructed travel to the powder load. And in a modern twist on the traditional percussion cap nipple pick, the Breech Plug 4-in-1 Scraper comes with a 1.3-inch-long wire that slides in and out of a protective tube to clean carbon build-up from inside the flash hole.
